My name is Kyle Taylor and I am a Associtate Creative Director /Visual Design Lead at Horizontal Digital. I have over 9 years of digital experience. I have experience leading in product design, design systems, agency, branding, marketing, e-commerce, native apps, and kiosks.
Things that make me happy are; solving complex problems, creating design systems, efficient workflows, human centered design, organization, and collaborating across teams. I am passionate about the entire user experience and trying to make sure the voice of the user is heard, while still maintaining business objectives.
I have a passion and hunger to create awesome products. I love solving problems and telling stories. I am a firm believer in outcomes over outputs. Most important of all, I consider myself to be a team player. I believe it is important to be open, transparent, and honest with everyone on the team. My current weapons of choice are Figma, Sketch, Principle, and InVision.
On the personal side, I am happily married with 2 sons, Oakley and Finley. My family recently moved from Los Angeles, CA to Minneapolis, MN. I love the game of baseball and fantasy baseball. I have been playing in adult baseball league for the past 10 years. I like to make furniture and enjoy tinkering with my smart home gadgets.
